Periwinkle Park and Campground
Sanibel Island, Florida

Visit dates: 4/20/2017- 4/23/2017

Review:
What an amazing island get away! This was a trip celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. I love Sanibel Island. This park has is located central to the island amenities and is a bike ride away from beaches, shops, dining and island activities. The park has large pull-though sites for big rigs. It has quite a few island residents, but the park is very neat and the home owners keep the area looking good. What was amazing is the wildlife refuge right in the center of the park. There were birds, monkeys and other exotics to view. The park does not offer WiFi or cable. But who cares, we are on an island! We would stay here again and recommend it highly.

Nice large sites

Exploring the zoo in the campground
Nice wide roads for big rigs
