Very clean and close to everything (12 miles to Gulf Shores). The sites are massive with paved patios, fire pits, pool, game room, store, lake, dog park and numerous activities for kids/family. Wi-Fi was ok outside my RV, but not inside. It didn’t matter since I always use hotspot. Excellent signal with ATT. Cable was good for those that watch tv. Attended the shrimp festival in Gulf Shores. Excellent music! The festival was a massive tourist draw, so be prepared to sit in traffic. Don’t pay $20 for parking when the gulf shores schools offer all day, off sight parking- shuttles every 15 minutes $5.00 per person. Use the shrimp festival website to locate the multiple spots. I recommend the park and checking out the festival.
